Internal Sales and Customer Service
Role:
Permanent, full-time position based in Lilydale, Victoria.

Overview:
As a pivotal member of Ranges Coffee and our sister company, Re-Stox Business Supplies, the Internal Sales/Customer Service representative is tasked with delivering exceptional service to both customers and staff through effective phone communication, adept problem-solving, and a proactive approach to building strong business relationships.
This role demands versatility, with responsibilities extending to email and web-based inquiries, alongside active engagement in day-to-day operations. Driving new and existing business by promoting additional products is also a key focus.
