The Dr. Coffee Minibar S is a fully automatic commercial bean-to-cup machine built for offices, convenience stores, meeting rooms, and public spaces that demand cafe-quality coffee without the complexity. Compact enough to fit on any countertop, powerful enough to handle up to 200 cups a day — it's the smart coffee solution for any busy environment.

At the centre of the Minibar S is a ceramic flat burr grinder with a 500kg lifespan, quietly and consistently grinding fresh beans directly into the brewer for every cup. Combined with a high-capacity metal brewer for long-term commercial reliability, the result is a rich, freshly ground espresso base every single time.

The 7.1" full-colour LED capacitive touch screen isn't just a menu — it's a branding canvas. Add your logo, custom drink icons, and personalised imagery to create a seamless, on-brand experience for staff and guests. With up to 24 drink selections available at the touch of a button, from espresso and cappuccino through to hot chocolate, chai tea, and matcha latte, there's something for everyone. The 2kg powder hopper handles milk powder or chocolate, while the 1.5kg bean hopper and 4L water tank (or direct plumb-in via G3/4" connection) keep peak-hour service running without interruption.

Automatic milk frothing delivers smooth, consistent results for milk-based drinks, and the entire brewing and milk system is cleaned automatically on startup and shutdown — with customisable cleaning routines based on cup count or operating hours. Maintenance is minimal; performance is reliable.
