Capable of producing 200+ cups a day, it combines hands-free automation with the kind of manual milk and hot water control that sets it apart from standard office machines.

The ceramic flat burr grinder — rated to 500kg of consistent output — grinds fresh beans directly into the metal brew unit for every single cup. With a 300,000-cup lifecycle brew chamber, a maximum 21g dose capacity, and nine grind settings, the Minibar S2 is engineered for precision and longevity in high-use commercial environments. Grounds move straight from hopper to brewer, minimising oxidation and ensuring every cup tastes as fresh as the last.

The S2's standout feature is its two independent dispensing arms. The first is a dedicated automatic temperature-sensing steam wand that textures and froths milk to a consistent 70°C — ideal for lattes, flat whites, and cappuccinos, and perfect for venues serving alternative milk types. The second is a separate hot water dispenser, giving operators a dedicated outlet for long blacks, Americanos, and tea service without ever tying up the milk system. The 7.1" full-colour LED capacitive touch screen supports up to 24 drink selections and is fully customisable with your branding, logos, and personalised drink icons — making it as much a front-of-house asset as it is a coffee machine.
