Where do we deliver?
Orders via rangescoffee.com.au are available for delivery within Australia only. If you are wanting to order for overseas delivery, please contact our team to discuss options.
Can I change my order?
Once your order has been confirmed and paid on the site, there is limited opportunity to make adjustments. Please contact us promptly if any changes are required and we will advise what is doable and if any charges apply to the requested change.
How do delivery charges work?
For all consumable products other than an alternative milks
Free shipping is available for orders over $90.
For orders under $90, shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 per order.
Alternative milks shipping
Within our local delivery area, alternative milks are shipped at a flat rate of $12.50 for orders under $90 or free for orders over $90.For all other areas, the delivery fee for alternative milks will be calculated in the checkout
In almost all Australian locations, equipment is delivered free of charge. For some remote locations, an additional fee may be incurred. If this applies, we will contact you prior to processing your order, or alternatively, feel free to contact our team if you’d like to check prior to placing your order.
Payment of orders
All website orders are paid at time of order via the options provided. Should you wish to pay via bank transfer or on pickup, please contact our team
Where is my order processed and delivered from?
To ensure maximum freshness, all coffee and consumable products are delivered directly from our roastery in Lilydale, Victoria. In most cases, equipment is also shipped from here, but can on occasions be shipped directly from our suppliers
Delivery of your order
Our aim is to dispatch orders as promptly as possible which is typically within 2 business days. During peak periods, this can be slightly longer.
In most cases, this means you’ll have your order within 7 days.For deliveries via Australia Post or courier, a tracking link will usually be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch for tracing your order progress.
What happens if my order arrives when I’m not home?
If you are not home, your order will be left in a safe place. For equipment, the courier will try to contact you and/or leave a card with redelivery or pick up details.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged. Photographic evidence will often be requested.
Failure to notify us of issues within 5 business days may result in goods being unable to be returned.
Once investigated, at our discretion, we may elect to replace the damaged item/s.

What if my order is incorrect or has items missing?
Please contact us within 5 business days if there are any issues with the contents of your order. These items should be cross-checked against your order confirmation
Any incorrect items should be returned to us, as per the directions of our team.
We will arrange for the correct or missed items to be sent to you promptly.
What if my order goes MIA or is late?
Occasionally, orders go missing, which is especially tragic when it contains your delicious coffee. If you suspect this has happened to you, please reach out to us so we can investigate and ensure you have your order as promptly as possible.
